Xiang Binghe, Chairman of Yongqing Group, mentioned in his speech that as a close partner of Tsingshan and an outstanding representative of the park-entered enterprises, after five years of continuous effort, Huayou has established the Indonesia Weda Bay Lithium Battery Material Industry Integration Green Manufacturing Base. The successful landing of the ternary precursor project has achieved the extension and integration of the park's industrial chain, practiced the park's diversified development strategy, and enhanced the park's competitiveness and influence. The Weda Bay Industrial Park will continue to adhere to the green development concept, actively undertake social responsibilities, and promote harmonious coexistence and common prosperity between the park and the surrounding areas.

Bai Houshan, Chairman of Ningbo Rongbai Technology, stated in his speech that the Huayou Indonesia project is an outstanding result of the comprehensive effect of Huayou's excellent professional capabilities and rich overseas construction experience. By setting up an integrated project from smelting to precursors in the Weda Bay Park, Huayou has created the most competitive precursor factory. Hu Erpu, Chairman of China National Chemical Engineering Sixth Construction Co., Ltd., mentioned in his speech that based on the high trust in partners, both sides have jointly created remarkable achievements such as the Huayue project, which had the shortest construction period and the fastest production and standard fulfilment, the Huafei project, which is the world's largest-scale laterite nickel ore hydrometallurgical plant, and the Huaneng project, which set new benchmarks for Huayou Efficiency and CNCE6C Speed.
